The original file uploaded today — a 4K video, a full-resolution photograph, an AR model — stays in the archive for good. When standards change, ARTITUDE generates on request the version of the work in the best format of the moment.

FAQ

The questions archive keepers ask.

Can we bring the catalogue we already have?

Yes. Records import from CSV, so from any Excel sheet; images upload in bulk, with series and year read from the file names. During the beta we set up the migration together with you.

Does it work with our museum or registrar software?

Yes, through public standards: LIDO XML (based on CIDOC-CRM) and ICCD for museum systems, Excel with registrar fields (HS code, ISPM-15, climate range) and condition reports in Articheck format. No custom integration needed.

How is a certificate verified?

Scan the QR code printed on the certificate. A public page opens with the work’s data, the SHA-256 fingerprint and its status: valid or revoked, with date and reason. The owner’s name never appears, only “Private collection”.

Where is the data, and what if we leave?

Servers are in Italy, in the European Union. At any time you can export every record in LIDO, ICCD, Excel, CSV or JSON: open formats, readable without ARTITUDE.

How much does it cost?

ARTITUDE is in invite-only beta. Plans and terms depend on the size of the archive; we define them together after the demo.
